Hola! and Feliz lunes to you all! This past weekend was fantastic. sealaura industries took a beachy business trip to Laguna! And what is our business, you might wonder? It is enjoying the beach and sharing it with you!
My "Happy Meter" was overflowing. Ok, this is a real parking meter but you get my drift! I have shown you these colorful meters before, this one is adorable.
I think most of us have been in the same "boat" with the heat, right? Last week I spent it in the villa with shades closed and air on. The land of Red hit the 108 mark, so Laguna seemed like the perfect place to cool off and enjoy our Saturday. Looks like a lot of people had the same idea!
Including this very handsome man. He looked like he should be in a magazine. My friend Stephanie @Style Odyssey introduced me to this fantastic blog called Advanced Style
" Proof from the wise and silver-haired set that personal style advances with age."
" Proof from the wise and silver-haired set that personal style advances with age."
and I think this gentleman deserves a mention. I don't know if you see what I see but he was so fit and fabulous and enjoying life (plus he was wearing GREY! and you know how I feel about that color).
You never know what to expect when you go to the beach and here was an unexpected tourist getting his drink on! With this heat, it is important to stay hydrated so kudos to him :)
What are your favorite things to do to stay cool?
What a fun post!
ReplyDeleteI cant wait to see your mustard scarf.
I bought those denim boots in gray denim. They were half off at the DSW store.
Have a cool day!
Fab business trip, Laura! Looks like everyone had the same idea (which I would too if I lived in CA!). Love your nautical little world, happy to be your newest follower! XO!

Looks like everyone had the same great idea as you. The beach is my love & my inspiration, but honestly to cool off nothing beats the pool.

Hi sweetie! Thanks for all of the support today - I appreciate it very very much. I like the lifeguard station, very colorful and bright. Not sure if I could brave the beach though with that many people... my pale skin might scare them all away!
