It's been a while since I've done a little fashion, so I want to show you my outfit from yesterday.

Remember how I told you that I accessorize daily and enjoy crafting my outfits. Well even on days when getting the mail and walking the boys are my only chances of human interaction I feel I have to represent!

By now you might know about my obsession with the color
GREY especially if you follow me on twitter. Well my new color love is this
mustardy color on my belt. Love to pair it with olives and
GREY for a little pop of color.
Yesterday I went to Barnes and Noble to increase my chances of human interaction and to read magazines for free, so I had my straw bag that I bought at Venice Beach. I love it and it has been a good staple this summer.
The bracelet is a recent score from a store I never frequent Coldwater Creek, they had some horrid tacky beads on it but as soon as I got home I got my pliers, ripped them off and now it is a fab piece, don't you think? I now have a metallic sailor knot bracelet, a little fancier than the ones you might sport at the beach and I think it will transition well into the fall.
Here's a better look at my bag. Have you ever tried to do your own fashion shoot? Well it is fun but a little difficult to capture the best shots but I like how these snippets came out and I hope you did too! I think I've mentioned this before but just looking at other people's outfits or color combos inspires me to work with what I've got and put a new spin to my beachy look. What are your favorite pieces this summer?
basically my wardrobe consists of awake vs. asleep... never think in terms of pieces ;-)
