Hello there, are you hungry? Well lucky for you, I have another sealaura non-cooking recipe. This salad is a bit of a colorful medley of every veggie I had in the fridge. You might have noticed that tuna and salmon are big in my cooking repertoire. And here it is again. Most people don't get excited about a big plate of salad for lunch or dinner but if you add a little protein, you would be surprised as to how satisfying this meal can be.
As you can probably tell, the ingredients are : chopped red peppers, lettuce, sliced little carrots, and 3oz of tuna. I don't feel that it needs a dressing but if you would like a little lemon juice and black pepper might give it a little more oomph! Bon appétit!
Do you have any "go-to" ingredients?
