Apparently "blue" pumpkins are called Jarrahdale and come from New Zealand. You may have seen white ones which are called Lumina but you may see some blueish ones in that category. If you follow my blog, you may know that la cocina and I are not friends. Don't know much about cooking or gardening but I saw this beauty at the farmer's market and thought it was spectacular.
