For those of you in SoCal, I thought I would pass along the fact that the ship has sailed.
Vons has stopped doubling coupons. I am sad about this because I got a little euphoric every time I walked out of there with my bag full of goodies for a lot less. In these hard economic times where every penny counts, going to Vons with my coupons was one of my Sunday highlights. I felt like I was getting away with stuff
MUAAAAAAAWWWW! I know coupons are tricky. I was never a believer but I did feel like I got some deals. Alas, the fun had to come to an end. So will my trips to Vons. Without the coupons forget it!

No worries, I am not crabby ( ha ha). Just on the lookout for more ways to save money and have fun doing so.
You are so witty! (*chuckle*)
ReplyDeleteWell, that was the only reason I had for going to Vons, and even then it was rare for me to go. Guess I'll stick to my Stater Bros. and Trader Joes.
