Hello dears!  I am still alive!  I miss blogging so much so even though I should be writing my 
French 1 Final, I want to catch you up and share a little about baking pumpkin seeds!
As you know, I love Fall so we have been enjoying the season by partaking in all the festivities with our boarding students.  Halloween was a blast but now that I have carved my last jack o lantern, it was time to do something with the seeds.

Now onto the seeds:
I almost didn't bake the seeds because I was pretty pooped from all the Halloween hooplah and finishing up the trimester.  So glad I did though because it was super easy and a nice little treat.
