We have a few more things to celebrate around here.   Last week B went down to UC Riverside to defend for his Ph.D. and we now have a doctor in the house! I could not be prouder of my dear husband.  It has been a long road to this huge milestone but YOU DID IT!!!!!
For the past 5 years B has been plugging away on his research on developing biosensors.  You might remember this post, when I took you into his lab. Many people ask for the title of his dissertation, are you ready? "Novel Biosensing Platforms with Advanced Nanomaterials for Electrochemical and Optical Detection of Proteins and Viruses"  Don't ask me what that means but if you are looking for an Analytical Chemist click here!
