Well they say the apple does not fall far from the tree. As you know I am a profesora and I recently caught Norm teaching Yoga to his little brother Newman.
I guess we can all learn from this little guy about finding time to stretch and to find that balance that I talked about a few posts ago. What do you think about his form? :)
The pose is indeed called "The Downward Dog", or Adho Mukha Shvanasana!!! I think animals in general can teach us a lot about relaxation and enjoying the moment.
