Our trip to Big Bear was filled with many walks by the lake and around the village. 
This is Mountain B and Mountain L. Very Rustic.
This is the Big Bear Solar Observatory. Here is my little bit of science info for the week and a little shout out to my science guru Mimi over at Postpoon.
Now this is the not the kind of beach I normally visit or my normal beach attire but it was pretty amazing to be up high in the mountains and enjoy this Big Bear beach!

ReplyDeleteI think I need to get out to the mountains a little more, too. There aren't any nearby...the Great Lakes region is decidedly flat-to-rolling terrain. But when I get back to the old hometown - Montreal - I'm SO heading to the Laurentian Mountains up north!
