Unless you are a supermodel, you probably don't like close ups when it comes to photos of yourself. Well, we are not supermodels (shock!) but B and I love to travel and usually we have to document our travels together by ourselves. Sometimes we get great shots and sometimes Norman steals the show... actually he always steals the show what was I thinking?For more closeups make sure to check out Written.

ReplyDeleteYou know I just love those shots of you and B with him holding the camera and snapping the funny-angled "self portraits". Those are signature B & L photos. And yes, Norm is quite the show stealer. Remember, he got more attention than the baby at our University outing! But it's all good. He is cute--for a dog!
ReplyDeleteI don't think supemodels are pretty at all. I think they're made up to look a certain way when the lighting and environment are just so. But I'd hardly call them pretty.
ReplyDeleteNow, what really engages me are photos where the folks in them are real and engaging. They have a certain life to them that bounces off the two-dimensional surface and pulls you in.
These pictures pulled me right into the fun. I hope you do more closeups and self portraits in future, because these are flat out wonderful.
And you already know how I feel about Norman. I just want to reach through my screen and pat his sweet head. What a happy dog he is. It's easy to see why.
