It's been a while since I have been to the coast and I am longing for it. Since my closest beach is 1 hour away and I am still fighting this awful cold, I thought the next best thing was to look for some inspiration and surround myself with images of what makes me happy. I took this pic I believe somewhere near Monterey CA. I just love that area. I love the peacefulness and serenity of this picture. I can almost feel the cool air. Dreaming of the beach

ReplyDeleteWould you believe- even on my little island- the closest actual beach is 25-30 minutes away! Weird, isn't it?
May you get some refreshing beach time soon. An hour away- that's tough on a beach lover!
Spectacular! Even though I'm not a sun bather and ocean swimmer, I still very much appreciate being beside the sea - it's so relaxing and wondrous! So sorry to hear you're not well - hope you're on the mend!

ReplyDeleteoh i'm dreaming of a beach too! it's great to catch up on your blog...it's been a while since i've been able to read my blogreader! i've finally blogged too...will ttyl! my beach is only 5 minutes away but it is winter sooo you know!! and it's not the same as the ocean even though it looks like an ocean!! hehehe!
