Don't I look serious here? Well, since yesterday's post was rather serious, I thought I would switch it up for today & share with you a little sealaura fashion. As many of you know, there is no such thing as rain in SoCal. That's what I thought!! Until this week when there has been lots of flooding here in the land of Red, where I live. Redlands is about 1 hour from Big Bear, we are at the foot of the mountains and I can see the snow!
Anyway, I was skipping off to work in my rainboots, that I have actually used for the RAIN!!! (see the dirt on them?) When B stopped me for an impromptu fashion shoot.
We used the hall for the runway and here I am minutes before leaving the villa.
**Military trenchcoat from the defunct LaRedoute french catalogue company that I adored and miss tremendously. ( they still have their UK branch)
**Scarf from the actual military!! It was B's when he was in the Navy.
**Skirt is from the Gap, from back in the day and the sweater is from Old Navy.
color lesson learned : grey, navy blue, white and olive green are amazing together!!
Sounds simple enough right? Well you know how even though you know how to match your clothes, it still takes you forever? I love it when I actually do it on the first go. I even had time to watch a little of the Today show. YAY!
You've heard of runway crashers haven't you? Ã la Borat? Well Norm decided he wanted to strut his stuff and joined me on the runway. Sorry for the blurry photo but I thought it was a funny shot and had to show you.
